In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days of formal written notice, the matter shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Users may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR's player complaints mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory procedures.
